Pacific Environmental Landscape (“PEL”) required this newly constructed build-to-suit office and warehouse facility in Lake Forest, California to serve as its new headquarters facility and to accommodate its rapid expansion. The project consists of a single story, approximate 10,000 square foot building, and 1.5-acre storage yard. The project is located in a recently built-out, 236 acre, industrial and office park known as Pacific CommerceCentre.

During construction, the project was owned by a private investment group. This group also managed all aspects of the facility development. One of our principals facilitated site acquisition from the master land developer, and arranged all 3rd party construction financing for the project. At completion of the project, a related entity of PEL acquired the facility from the private ownership group.
